The Heart Behind The Business
I’m Yolanda, the person behind Yolanda De La Cruz Virtual Services.
For years, I’ve been the person people come to when they are overwhelmed, confused, trying to figure something out, or simply do not know where to start. Whether it’s researching answers, organizing chaos, improving a process, or helping someone work through a situation step-by-step, I’ve always naturally fallen into the role of problem solver and the person people lean on for support.
One thing people quickly learn about me is that I believe communication matters. If I do not know the answer to something, I will be honest about it — but I’m also not someone who gives up easily. I will research, learn, and figure things out. And once I understand something, I genuinely enjoy helping others understand it too.
Starting this business came from a combination of life experiences, motherhood, years of professional experience, and realizing how important work-life balance truly is. After losing my son Mateo and later becoming a mom to my daughter Valencia, my perspective on life shifted deeply. Life is short, and being present for the people we love matters.
That perspective is a huge part of why this business exists.
I wanted to create something meaningful — something that not only uses the skills I’ve built over the years, but also allows me to help others feel less overwhelmed and more supported in their day-to-day lives and businesses.
Whether I’m helping organize systems, researching solutions, managing tasks, improving workflows, or simply acting as a sounding board while we figure things out together, my goal is always the same.
I want things to feel more manageable, less stressful, and easier to navigate.
At the end of the day, I want clients to feel confident knowing they have someone dependable in their corner — someone who genuinely cares, communicates openly, and wants to help things run smoother so they can focus more on life outside of work too.
